Welcome to our first Patrons Dinner of 2025 at Malmaison Hotel.
Our first Patrons Dinner of 2025 is taking place on Friday 21st March 2025 in the Library of Malmaison Hotel, Cheltenham.
Tickets are priced at £70.00 for Patrons and £85.00 for non-Patrons, which includes a welcome glass of fizz, three course dinner and half a bottle of wine per person.
Our dinner will take place in the Library of Malmaison and the venue is fully accessible. Our speaker for the evening will be Jake Acock, who is our new Deputy Chair Political.
Jake is a barrister and a 'rising star' in the fields of chancery and commercial law. Jack is often instructed on high-wealth and complex legal argument.
Before becoming a barrister, Jake worked as a campaign strategist and organiser for political parties. He has run elections at both local and national level in rural and urban areas. He was elected as the youngest district councillor in 2018 for the south-east. When Jake won his seat on West Oxfordshire District Council, he took his party's vote share from 8% to 54% of the vote in just one attempt.
Jake has recently moved back to the Cotswolds and now resides in Cheltenham with his partner. He has recently taken over the role of Deputy Chair (Political) and will be running the Conservative Party's election campaign here in Cheltenham.
Jake’s talk at our next Patrons’ Dinner will focus on our campaign for the May elections and how the Conservatives can find a path to victory here in Cheltenham. Jake will also touch on how the Labour Party’s legal changes to housing reforms and the family farm tax will affect our country.
Please note that the dress code is SMART CASUAL and our speakers will have microphones.
Free street parking is available from 6 p.m. on Bayshill Road.
